Payments can be made by any of the following methods. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment please visit our FAQ page or feel free to contact us directly.

In Person
Call by our friendly office and present your tax invoice to pay for your premium. Cash/cheque/eftpos/credit facilities are all available. A receipt will be issued immediately.

Mail
Detach the payment slip from the bottom of the tax invoice and return it together with your cheque or money order to PO Box 302, Beenleigh, Queensland 4207. Cheques / Money Orders to be made payable to "ACE IRM Insurance Broking Group Pty Ltd". Please do not send any cash in the mail.

Eftpos
Our office has EFTPOS facilities to receive payment.

Direct Deposit
You can directly deposit the amount owing into our bank account. Please phone 07 3807 2050 and ask for the Finance Department to obtain our bank account details. Always make reference to your client number when depositing directly into our bank account.

Premium Funding
This method of payment allows for the client to pay monthly instalments via their bank account. An initial payment is made up front to the Funding Company and then the balance is taken out over the remaining months of the contract in equal instalments. ACE IRM Insurance Broking Group Pty Ltd uses selected Funding companies for this service and the minimum amount owing for your premium must be $ 500 for this service to be utilised. Most funding companies do charge a fee for this service.

Credit Card
Payment can be made by credit card in one of the following ways. You can pay in person at our office in Beenleigh alternatively you can phone through your credit card details to the Finance Department.
