Under the new FSRA, clients are now categorised as either Retail clients or Wholesale clients. Retail clients require insurance such as Motor Vehicle, Home, Personal Accident, Private Pleasure Craft, Travel, Personal and Domestic.

In general, all other clients will be deemed as Wholesale. They will include commercial clients dealing with liability insurance, (including workers compensation, CTP, marine insurance (other than pleasure craft) and statutory insurance relating to residential construction work.
